QOTD June 18

You have ordered food from a restaurant that will be delivered to your home. You are told about 40 minutes. One hour later your food is still not there. You phone and the food is delivered in 5 minutes but cold. What would you do? Complain to the restaurant or the head office? Demand your money back?

I would complain to the owner of the restaurant and demand
my money back

This did happen to me once when I ordered a pizza. I called and complained to the manager and I also sent an email to the home office. I was polite (although I didn't feel polite) and let them know I was a steady customer and very disappointed in the service. I got an apology from the restaurant and they sent me another pizza that evening to replace the cold one. The home office sent me an apology also and coupons for 4 free pizzas. I was happy.
